I don't do: gores, furry, very detailed mecha.

Applies for both commission and my works.

By commissioning me or sending payment, you agree to everything below:1. Who Can Commission Me
You must be 18 years or older (or of legal adult age in your country) to commission me, especially for NSFW artwork.
I do not accept commissions from minors under any circumstances.2. What I Draw / Don’t Draw
Yes → Rubber & latex suits, character design, bondage, SM themes (SFW & NSFW)
No → Gore, extreme violence, furry, highly detailed mecha
I can refuse any request for any reason3. Payment (USD = $)
- PayPal or Ko-fi only → https://ko-fi.com/mgr0027
- Payment in full (or 50% deposit) before final work starts
- All payments are 100% non-refundable – no exceptions4. Revisions
- 1 free minor revision on the finished piece
- Please send all changes in one message
- Extra revisions = $5–10 each
- Big changes after sketch approval = new commission or extra fee5. Copyright & Usage
A. I keep full copyright forever
I can post the artwork anywhere unless we agree in writing to keep it private (+ extra fee)
B. Your Original Character (OC) Rights
- You keep full ownership of your original character/design
- By commissioning me, you give me permission to draw your character and post the artwork publicly (unless private fee is paid)
C. Fan Art & Third-Party Characters
- If the character/outfit is from a Official (company, game, anime, music) or doujin circle (サークル), you have read and follow their official terms of use / guidelines
- If the outfit/design is made by another individual artist (not official), you already got their permission → send me a screenshot of their “OK”
- I am not responsible for any copyright or guideline violations caused by your request.6. You get (personal use only):
- Avatar, banner, wallpaper
- Personal prints
- Post online with credit → “Art by まぐろ２７” or “@mgr0027”7. You cannot do without commercial license:
- Sell prints/merch, use in books/games/NFTs/ads
- Edit, trace, or claim as your own
Commercial license = discuss8. Fan Art
If it’s someone else’s character, you’re responsible for any copyright issues. I only own my drawing.9. Art Style
I only draw in my own style – no copying other artists. Check my gallery first!By paying, you confirm you’re 18+, read everything, and fully agree.

委託依頼または入金された時点で、以下の内容すべてに同意したものとします：1. 依頼できる人
・18歳以上（お住まいの国での成年年齢以上）の方のみ依頼可能です。特にR-18作品は厳守
・未成年からの依頼は一切お受けできません2. 描く内容／描かない内容
OK → ラバー・ラテックススーツ、キャラデザ、ボンデージ、SM系（SFW・NSFW両方）
NG → ゴア・極端な暴力、獣人・ケモノ、超詳細メカ
理由の如何を問わずお断りする場合があります3. お支払い（通貨はUSD = $）

・最終描画開始前に全額または50%の前金をいただきます
・いかなる理由でも返金は一切いたしません4. 修正について
・完成イラストに無料修正1回（軽微なもののみ）

・追加修正は1回につき $5～10
・スケッチ承認後の大幅な変更は別料金または新規扱いになります5. 著作権・使用権
A. イラスト自体の著作権は私（まぐろ２７）が永久に保持
特に書面で合意しない限り、SNS・ポートフォリオ等どこへでも自由に公開できます（非公開希望は＋追加料金）B. あなた様のオリジナルキャラ（OC）の権利
・キャラ自体の著作権・所有権は依頼者様にあります
・依頼された時点で「私がそのキャラを描いて公開すること」を許可したものとします（非公開料金を払った場合は除く）C. 版権・他者キャラ・衣装について
・企業（ゲーム・アニメ・音楽など）や同人サークルのキャラ・衣装の場合、あなたが公式ガイドラインを読み、遵守していることを約束してください
・個人作家様の非公式衣装・デザインを使いたい場合、事前にその作家様の許可を取り、許可のスクリーンショットを私に送ってください
・依頼内容による著作権・ガイドライン違反については一切責任を負いません6. 依頼者様ができること（個人利用のみ）
・アイコン、ヘッダー、壁紙に使用
・個人で印刷
・SNS等に投稿（必ずクレジット表記 → 「Art by まぐろ２７」または「@mgr0027」）7. 商用利用ライセンスなしで絶対にやってはいけないこと
・グッズ販売、商業書籍・ゲーム・NFT・広告への使用
・トレース・改変・自分の作品だと主張
商用利用希望は要相談（料金は都度相談）8. 版権キャラ全般
他人のキャラを使う場合の著作権トラブルは依頼者様責任です。私は「自分の描いた絵」だけを所有します。9. 絵柄について
私の絵柄のみで描きます。他の作家様の模倣は一切いたしません。ギャラリーを必ずご確認ください！入金された時点で「18歳以上であること」「すべての内容を読み理解し同意したこと」「必要な許可をすべて取得済みであること」を確認したものとします。
